Samir Kollech Allali is a lawyer who has specialised in immigration law since 2005. It is not merely a question of checking whether a minimum amount of money exists, but of analysing how that financial capacity is proven, where the funds come from, how stable the income is and whether the documentation submitted is consistent with the applicant's profile.
At Kollech Domènech, David is involved in preparing the financial dossier, reviewing income, liquidity, savings, assets, business activity and banking documents, and coordinating with tax advisers when the move to Spain may have significant tax consequences.
